Trailsend Kennel is located just 2 miles from downtown Mackinaw City in a quiet, country-like setting. We are dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable stay for your pet(s) while you visit our area or travel out of the area. Whether you need overnight boarding or just want to leave them for the day while you site see, we will strive to keep your pet safe and happy until you return.

We accept pets by appointment only so please call us at 231-436-7334 to check availability and rates. We are open for appointments from 9-11am or 4-6pm. We are extremely busy in the summer months so reserve a spot for your furry family members early.
Please keep in mind that we do NOT accept debit/credit cards so if you want your beloved family member returned then you must provide payment for services by Cash or Check upon pick up.
